Who's the dumbest?
Who kissed ass to be there?
Who wanted to get away from his manager to be an RFT?
THEY all think that they will be DM's in the next 12 months because they took on the RFT job.

I think it is a tie. However, the southern cal one is definately trying to climb the ladder. It is apparent that is his goal instead of proper training. You think management would see through this dog and phony pony show.

California RFT's are awful. You can barely understand what the Northern RFT says. The other RFT is very pompous and acts like he is 'above' the reps. You get no respect from people by acting as if you are superior than others. I feel for anyone that ends up with him as a manager. Hope corporate does not promote only RFT's to management positions. If so, they are missing an opportunity to promote candidates that really deserve DM positions. Some people have families and can not travel 90 % of the time required for the RFT position. They should not be held back due to having family values and not being able to leave their families so much.

How much Kool-Aid did you drink? If you think you are making a difference at Novo as an RFT, you're a complete laughing stock of the home office because we know you'll take anything just to buy us some time.

RFT's have no accountability for numbers. It is a job that is easy as long as you are all right about traveling most of the month.

RFTs get half their bonus based upon Regional numbers. Obviously, you don't know much about the position, but that doesn't keep you from labeling it as "easy." Go do you homework before making a judgement on a job.

Like their 2 day ride along is really going to make a difference with regional numbers. As I said, RFT's are not responsible for making their numbers!

RFTs ride along with reps 4 days a week. They rotate through ALL the reps in the region. That is why they get paid on regional performance.
Did you apply for an RFT job and not get it? I'm not sure why you act like such an idiot about a subject you apparently have no idea about. Run home, read up a little bit, come back, and make some intelliegnet remarks. Right now, you re doing nothing for your point, because it is clear you know very little.

Lets Reflect:
No accountability, increase in salary, and next in line for DBM (oh, where you get another increase in salary)
now that sounds like a pretty good deal to me...You'll have to job to another company to make that type of money...good luck on the interviews. Oh, did i mention..enjoy reping the rest of your career!!

What makes you think everyone wants to be a manager? I would never want to be a DM...seems like they have a very short shelf life! The fact that Novo requires DM's to be RFT's...that says a lot. That is the ONLY incentive to be an RFT. Otherwise, there would be a shortage of RFT's. I think Gus is going to change this requirement. He understands that family oriented employees that can't travel as much as the RFT's would be great DM candidates. Novo should not limit good management candidates by specifying the RFT position as the ONLY requirement to be a DM. That was a Camille Lee requirement...we see how family oriented she is.

Take a look around the country...most of those RFT's have families and don't cry and bitch about travel or play the family card. By the way, you couldn't be more wrong. Gus is going to make it a requirement and so have most of the RBD's...get in the ball game my friend. If you can't travel then enjoy your your current role. You may want to ask around about requirements as well because you obviously have no clue what they are. By the way, Camille Lee just increased her salary by 30%...I'm not a fan but you gotta respect the fact that she's got her shit together.
Oh, if your such a family person then what plans do you have to be a better provider??? Enjoy your mid year and make certian you have plans in place to get to senior DCS level...
Come back when you can add value to 'the bustin balls game'

If you have a family and feel that traveling as much as RFT's are required is 'no big deal'...I guarantee you will be divorced and have someone else step in to raise your family very soon.

What a dumb fuck. How stupid do you have to be to make a statement like that. You aren't an RFT, so you don't really have any idea how much travel is involved. Plus, by your comments, you probably aren't married either. But, now you are qualified to pass judgement on the stability of someone's marriage? There are so many idiots on this site--how do you people actually hold a job?
