OK what the hell do they expect. I have no samples and every office screaming. I hope others are in better shape. Oh i forgot i have enough Encora to sink a oil tanker. Will a quota adjustment follow. To tell the truth i dont care offer letter on the way but it still makes you mad.

Everyone of us has more Encora than we can beg people to take. I have given it to office staff's mothers, sisters, cousins and anyone that will take it. Watch our quotas go up again because they do not want to pay more than 5-7 reps on Encora. There is still a bright side. We will be getting Precare Golden Stool soon. What a 10% block buster it should be. Maybe one of us can win a $99 Ipod.

Don't even bitch at me about my numbers when I have no samples Jerry. What the hell are you doing in there? Scott? Where are our samples???? You must be golfing instead of making sure the samples were accounted for and shipped. Good job, Great to see you got you heafty bonus. Do Mark and Sarah know you don't do shit? Remember the big push for shelf space last year well mine is disappearing each day with no samples. I quess i could put Encora in all those spots huh. The one thing with no samples this job is easy i did not sweat at all today. The numbers will drop for july and august its just a matter of how much and will the company take that into consideration. Just check out your new rx for those months. Bitch load and bitch clear your manager should back you up afterall it is costing them bonus as well.

It is not about my job being easy for they day, week, etc. I want to make numbers and all. I want a bonus, I want to do well, but I can't do my job when sir jerry isn't doing his. Then to read how much bonus he makes for treating the reps like shit when I have no samples to give to my top docs is just bullshit. But you wait and see when my numbers come in for this week of no samples, he won't want to hear it. Things are going down hill fast with him in charge. People are going daily from here. How many vacancy do we have now? That has got to be killing us as a whole, no samples is killing me I can't imagine what it is doing to our whole sales force, but I am sure he won't want to hear a thing but how great he golfed! Someone get us a real leader
