What type of salary does Novo offer to someone with 1+ years of pharma experience? Also what can a rep expect to make in terms of bonus/commission?? Thanks

I started at $9.95/hour. Bonuses were $99 per quarter. I was able to move my family out of a cardboard box into a tar-paper shack. We live like kings!

$50k plus Bonus (19k for full achievement) plus car, medical, dental, 9% into your 401k, $300 flex spending, etc.

Arrrggghhh! Tried to tell you but you wouldn't listen. I started at $9.95/hour but graduated to $10.03/hour after 3 years.

The $50k bonus sighted by the pp was spread out over 12 years. Oh, and you have to but the company car. They are blue Ford Fiesta's. Very cool!

Gosh! I only got minimum wage my first 5 years. I also had to buy a "company" car. I was told that was "normal" for the industry.

I got Levemir on 6 formularies in conjuction with my MCAE. For that I received a $100 gift card to Toys R Us. Outstanding!

I have been with Novo for about 6 years. I started as a group health account manager, then was added to the managed care account team.

A few years ago I ate my way (read: bj's) to a director position on the managed care account team. I sucked as a people manager, even though I thought at the time I was good. Not for long.

Recently I was demoted back to account manager after a lot of complaints from my constituants. They let me keep my salary and car, but now no one talks to me as I am shamed.

But I know that Novo will promote me again in the future! They called me last Tuesday about a job at the corporate office that included mops, brooms, Windex and bleach. I think that means I will be the new VP of sales, and I can't tell you how excited I am that I will be exposed to so much willing pussy!

You attain 200% of your goal and you'll get nearly 300% of the payout! Now, quit your carping about salary. Get over here. Get out in the field, and stay put for a while. Your salary and bonus will come with your performance!
