Saw an opening for managed markets and thought that was the position that Carlos had and wanted. What's the deal? Is he still with the company and in what capacity?

Yes..."Los" is still with the company. He was promoted to the Midwest Area Director for MM.

Let's hope he doesn't screw that up too! Not such a great track record for that guy.

Very true...but he has come a long way.....worked on making amends with a lot of people and has become refocussed. a year ago I wouldn't have anything good to say about the guy....now I have my slate clean and am giving him the benefit of the doubt.

I wish him luck!

Carlos is still as stupd as ever and now has even a bigger head if that is possible. No one but LRM wanted him in that position. They could be called "Dumb and Dumber."

True....hey don't even get me started on the "hyphen" L Rich-Milen! I have never met someone who has an ego as large as her.

Carlos has an ego as big as hers only he keeps tripping on it as he kisses his way to the top with accomplishments of mediocrity and failure. This guy is a putz. P.. U.. T.. Z - putz.

I don't know how both of their heads fit into the same room at the same time! CD in his 10 years @ UCB has never written one contract and he is managing people who have written and executed contracts. I don't know who is more clueless, CD or LRM. LRM is such bad news for UCB. Something should be done about her behavior. TT as well as HR simply sit back and let her get away with everything! She promotes CD to be her "whipping boy."

True about this guy. ANyone who has ever dealt with him knows that he is a very poor example of success. All we can do is sit back and let him hang himself on this latest venture. He's done a pretty good job of lying low and kissing ass since his last failure.
