We have no VOICE in this company whatsoever. How can we become part of the solution when no one in upper management gives a rat's ass about what is going on in the field? Explain to me what avenues are available to express concerns and provide solutions to build a stronger company? No one cares what I think.

Who are you talking about? Express your concern and offer a solution. So far the great solution that most are expressing here is the elimination of the AC sales force. Sorry, this aint going to happen.

Avenues: How about talking to your manager? How about talking to your NSD? Oh wait, cant do that-then we will see it on CP, right Schampy?

If you think it so shitty here, then leave. I am sorry if you dont feel that no one cares what you think. What if your solutions dont make sense? Should the company still do it? Do you really think wall street looks at oncology verse AC? Wall street sees bodies-nothing more. They see numbers-not people. Wall street sees potential-it could care less about individual sales quotas. Wake the fuck up or do what Lagerquist and katy did, you wont be missed and you will be flamed on this board
