Just work and you won't have to worry about anything. No free rides here. What a stupid question. We know who you are now based on everything you have just posted. Get to work.

Hey genius, why don't you just spell your name out in big bold letters so it will be just slightly more obvious as to who you are? Another highly intelligent TherRx vitamin rep just doing what he does best.....loaf!

Don't go down that road putting down the vitamin reps. We always have the backs of our Women's Health partners. As far as the coment about it being ironic using the word sales and vitamin in the same sentence, comparing both divisions on profit reported for Q1, all thre divisions did well. We are FAR FROM LOAFERS. I have always worked as hard as I could and have excellent numbers to prove it. My Women's Health partner is also one of the hardest working reps I know. Many of us came from BIG PHARMA and we used real studies to sell complicated products. You know that personal relationships are what sell Ther-Rx products, because we damn sure don't have any study data. So don't go putting down anyone from our three divisions. Ther-Rx has some very good reps and those few sorry ones don't seem to last long. Remember FULL THROTTLE-----ONE TEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO JERRY!!!!! Sorry just had to add the last one.

I agree! It's amazing how competitive WH's are with PNV's. I don't get it either! I love my WH counterparts and I hope that they would never say things like that about me. We work great together and they work their butts off just as I do. Our geography is so much bigger that it's close to impossible to have the same reach as WH so I rely on them as partners. PNV reps work their asses off! Think again before you start ripping on any of us. I'll tell you coming from previous pharma that Ther-Rx employees work twice as hard as my past counterparts. So go to hell

I think that the bottom line is that most of the negative posts on this site are from disgruntled PNV reps. Look at the posts and see, mostly PNV reps complaining about no bonus and high quotas. Maybe a few are ruining the reputation for all of you.

I agree and you would too if you were a PNV rep with quotas you couldn't make and no bonus. So not to be negative it is not disgruntled it's that they are messing with our money. My point was that we don't come on here riping apart of WH counterparts.
I think I remember the day when Women's Health was on here almost 100% and PNV's were never on here because they were happy. Al was in charge and we actually had obtainable goals. Do you think that you could get a 30-40% increase of Gynadog in one month? I love my WH reps and if I was having a problem with them I would go talk to them and not come on here and rip them apart.

Key words, Al was in charge. Now we have Dave Duerst. Need I say more? Can it get much worse? Maybe that is why we are on here complaining. He is terrible, no leadership at all. Come on HELP US PLEASE.....

Big Dave seems to be a pretty good guy. His personality is very much like Al's was. I think we need to give the guy a chance. He does not put on to make himself look like someone he is not. I have to admire the honesty of being who you are instead of ACTING like the person St. Louis wants you to be. I for one find him very personable and genuine. Some have said he is a little nerdy, but 90% of us are nerdy when we are not trying to pretend to be someone else. I am glad he was chosen to take Al's ( I loved Al as much as anyone here) place because he is as close to Al as we could have hoped for.

Talk about a bad judge of character. Nerdy yes and nothing wrong with that but this guy is totally opposite of Al and thinking he is anything like Al will get you in big trouble. We all loved Al but David is a Winky-ite and my manager has told me many times that many changes are already on the way and not for the better for our team. These changes are Davids ideas and my manager said that even Al said to be careful around David before he left. Sorry but you are way off on this and you are just hoping we have someone like Al. Wishful thinking.

I agree. Maybe I have the same manager maybe not. I am from the west. I was told from my manager the same thing. Al gave the same warning. To watch your back, front, and both sides around Dave Durest. His reputation has followed him. Be careful. Lets face it Al was a stand up leader. Told us like it was. I have no reason to believe Al would steer us wrong on this one. In fact, Al mention to try to get over on the Womens Health care side ASAP when he left to my manager. My manager, notice I did not write he/she for all that want to tell me I am cooked, told a few of us that too. Now what we try to do with that information was up to us on an individual basis. I watched Dave at the NSM and nerdy, yes and yes I feel very uncomfortable around him. Maybe it is because I know what I know from Al, but some of the things he said when he was with our group makes me feel like he can't be trusted. He is too indicisive.

I agree, I was not at all impressed with David at our NSM meeting. When he came to breakouts he didn't even ask our names or introduce ourselves. It made me laugh when he would leave a room and say nice to meet you all and he didn't even meet us. Yes he is a problem and things have changed A TON since he has taken over and YES I am leaving soon.

I am the original post about BIG Dave and I feel I am a pretty good judge of character. I have only been wrong about people once or twice in my life and both times I had a funny feeling they could not be trusted. Maybe I am too trusting, but I hope I can trust him because I just don't get those negative feelings from this guy. I always thought of Al as a personal friend and he had only good things to say about David during our private (cell) phone calls. Al would have hesitated or told me straight out if he had any reservations about this guy. I will be a little cautious until he has been around longer, but I feel he is a genuine, good man. I appreciate your advise and I will trust slowly, but until he gives me a reason not to trust him, I probably will.

You fool. How much more are you going to talk yourself into believing your deluions. Al wasn't going to tell you how he really felt he just wanted to get out of here. Use your head because Al couldn't tell you the truth and you probably overestimate your relationship with Al that you expect him to tell you the truth. Al was close with my DM as they know each other very well. I know what he said to my DM. I also know some former concerta ? reps from J&J who shared similar info about Dave. Look out all and to the OP I've got some great land deals I liked to talk to you about.

Boy you must think really high on yourself. I have a friend that worked with Dave at J & J and told me point blank to "not turn my back when I am with him" and that "he will throw you under a bus and lie like a rug to get where he wants to be". So even though you think you have a good judge of characters, you might not be able to see clearly on this one. Maybe it is the nerdy side hiding it. Al may not have felt he could tell you. I am sure he had a certain relationship with a select few. Just be careful.

Original Post. I will take your advise because it will not take him long to screw someone if he is as bad as you have described. You are right, I am to trusting. Maybe I am trying to make this guy more like Al than he will ever be. I have not heard from Al since he left, so maybe there was not as good of a friendship as I thought. To continue to work in home office you would have to have character trait that you described to survive. Now that I think about it, I had the wrong impression of several people that have moved to the home office. I was actually shocked to hear the opinions of others about these people because I had never worked for/with these individuals, but they had always been very nice to me and made a good impression. Thanks for the advise.

I spent some time with him at the meeting and thought he was an okay guy. Much better than if we had his counterpart who cannot be trusted under any circumstance unless of course if it is for his personal gain. The jury is still out on him, but we should give him at least give him a chance. We have only had him for like two months. I was glad he got Encora reduced.

Is this computer homing stuff true? Thinking about interviewing and this board is kinda freaking me out. Although I know boards can be filled with a bunch of lies and stories. What is the real deal here? Honest feedback please. I am thinking about moving for this position.

Don't move for this position! You are right, many boards can be filled with lies and stories but.. YES, most of this stuff is true. Big problems at this "pretend" pharmaceutical company. The fact is - EVERYTHING we sell (with the exception of Clindess) can be purchased over the counter for a couple of bucks... OR the patient can make an appt. with the doc and pay for the offfice visit, get a prescription for products that are WAY overpriced and poorly covered by insurance. That is just the beginning. Now, mix that together with a family owned company that has NO sense of balance & fairness, they control everything, set goals out of reach so that you won't or can't make your bonus. This is all true. Read the board and don't make this mistake. Wait for a REAL company and job offer!
