Just a few things I would suggest when interviewing...this is just my own personal opinion
Do not put TEAMM Pharmaceuticals as your employer on your resume. Unfortunately the name itself sounds chessy and reflective of the type unreputable company that it is. Use Accentia BioPharmaceuticals instead. Accentia is a publicly traded company with several divisions consisting of R&D and other biopharmaceutical products and services. Represent yourself as working in the primary care division of Accentia which bears the horrendus name of TEAMM Pharmaceuticals (I'd stay away from even mentioning TEAMM). Many other pharmaceuticals companies are set up this way with the primary care division having a different name. Use it to your advantage.
When asked why you want to leave Accentia, I would suggest not to bring up every circumstance in which you have been screwed over or when the company has dropped the ball. Trust me there is a laundry list of things(Bonus checks delayed, 401k matching, fuel cards turned off, I/E recall, failed Emezine approval, etc.) to tell the interviewer. In my opinion speaking about all the negatives could make you seem like you would be the type that would complain about everything once you are hired. Maybe mention one negative thing that "pushed you over the edge" but emphasize your strengths and accomplishments during your time at Accentia.
Good luck to everyone still trying to get out. You (Reps and DMs) truly deserve better.
