OMG...I am ready to explode! I've been in this God-forsaken territory for four years, and I have reached my limit. Does anyone have comments/suggestions on coastal territories in the Carolinas/Virginia/Georgia??

Why do you hate it? I know a bunch of people that moved down there and LOVE it. Is it an access issue or something?

You're kidding, right? Raleigh/Durham, especially Durham, has the absolute WORST access for primary care.
