lets see, they will try and convince everyone that the crazee salary ranges that exist are going to be repaired, and that hey, someone who DIDNT meet the requirements to be senior csr got it anyway. And while theyer at it, if you have a haLF WAY DECENT SALARY you are not getting a raise.

ahh yes the infamous call where our manager threatened us to stay quiet, then TR came out to say he wanted us to be honest--it was ok, but we all kept our mouths shut since we know we can get so easily screwed by these vastly underqualified and power hungry managers:::::::::::shaking head:::::::::::::

I remember it well as well. I was at the gym and I had forgotten about the call till one of my homies called me to remind me. I was running around looking for a quiet spot in case I had to take it off mute.
