Why are youwasting time expanding reps when you tripled your force last year and your sales grwoth has remained same. Your upper management are folls think botox isgoing to hold onto its market. Did your sales triple this year with the expansion ? No, because marekt has too many variables now and your reps can not sell but maintain their current users.

You will see when there is several type a toxins on the market within five years. OIG is staring down at you and your time is coming. Can you say lapband sucks and so does your toxin and fillers.
