Get ready! Here it comes again!

Well get ready because sometime soon( the company has not told us when) we will be getting our HUGE bonus checks and we will have to hear Jerry tell us what a HUGE payout was given out this quarter. I bet it is not a fraction of the 36% profit the company made. Have you ever noticed that only two-three reps in your district seen to make a killer bonus and everybody else in the district makes little to no bonus. Every quarter each divisions' total bonus drops off another 100,000K(or much more), but the company continues to have RECORD profits. Where does all this money go, because only about 20% of the reps are making a decent bonus? Happy Thanksgiving to the family that starts with H, because you will always have much to be thankful for. The reps that earned it will be given your table scraps.

Don't worry as usual I am sure Jerry will state, " you can do better next time." No matter how well we have done or how hard we work with these insane goals, nothing is every good enough for this company.

It does not matter because Jerry and the family will get paid first. Next quarter and the rest of the year Ther-x will have record profits while we will still only have 20% of the reps making any bonus.

I know exactly what I am going to make in bonus and what many of my fellow reps are making. That is what I am disgusted about. Only about 20% on the APN team are making fair to good bonus. 80% are not. Nobody is being paid on PreCare Premier and about 1/5 are being paid on Encora. Something is definately wrong with this picture!

You are right. Enough said. Besides nobody that could change things cares. I wonder if Jerry will even tell the APN team what the bonus for Q2 totals, but I do not really trust what we are told. I guess this is just another prime example of our winning corporate culture. I often wonder how much they would get back if they would just GIVE a little? Well, I guess we will never know.

Recognize this:

The hermelin family approves everything, bonus, annual appraisals, annual raise, location of national meeting, vacation requests, sick days-everything. There is no detail too small to overlook, unless it is the backdating of stock options.....then we may over look this

The fact that most not named hermelin dont receive a bonus is irrelevant. I wonder if Sara has had a year where she did not qualify for a bonus.....
