changing the bonus plan halfway through the year
sr management in RTP trying to brainwash us into thinking that EVERY patient with persitent asthma NEEDS to be on Advair
not enough Veramyst samples at launch

Right on-Now I will tell you the best thing-that is telling them all to go fuck themselves, getting a good attorney and cleaning their clock-living a life of luxury on them. I pity you poor tools everyday-get out while you can. They are the devil in disguise, and there are no exceptions in management-from DM's on up....you are wasting your life, and if you do what they tell you to do-you could be in deep shit. Don't fall for it.

Telling providers that they do not know how to treat their pts unless they follow the guidelines that we promote-anyone in our sales force currently possess an MD or NP or PA degree??? And then finding out our drugs are unsafe/ineffective

I also love DMs (like mine) who think that always giving their 2 cents on a twice forwarded vmail makes them sound intelligent and leader-like. He usually is ass-kissing and agreeing w/whatever is being said even if he has said the opposite in the past. "I think its the right thing to do for the business". Actually just very toolish. He also sends daily vmail messages just to let us know he can, that never say anything until the last 10 seconds. Not surprising since he is just another power-trippin low life.

It's a shame -- If they operated the company like they say in meetings then it would be the best place to work ever. I remember I would go to meetings and then come back and it would be like opposite day. Let's all do the opposite of what Moncef just said. I worked in research and they keep hiring know-nothing PhD's while anyone with a good idea was kicked in the face. Being a suck ass was the only way because if you didn't stroke your manager's ego, she would bury you. My upper boss was a Smithkline asshole who thought that if you weren't standing at the bench for 10 hours a day then you weren't doing your job while she sat on her ass and pushed crap through to the clinic so that she could meet her metrics. What a joke.
