Are they cutting the sales force?

US Sales force will be cut. They will need to cut to reduce operating expenses to compensate for the revenue they are losing on this delay. EU sales force will likely remain the same.

Good chance they will be going to market even later than 6/2007 in the US market if they ever see approval at all. The FDA is being extremely careful with all NDAs. They've deferred four drugs this week with approvable status.

The US sales force will be idle for 6 months. Encysive management would be incompetent to maintain them for that long.
