You are losing us. Start understanding the business before you start blasting the team about performance using a report that is so wrong it makes you look bad. I forgot,another thing Mr/Ms VP-Here's something you don't know because no one can admit it.Md's don't see anyone any more (not all but most),so our impact is small.Don't worry those above you know, and will be cutting this spring.
