Are the RX&D guidelines driving you crazy? As someone who has been in the industry for a while, I find it very frustrating that I can't do the fun things I used to do with docs and residents. It was fantastic for relationship building.
My company is very strict that we adhere to the letter of the law.

I guess it all depends on what you used to do and what you cannot do now and which company you work for. I love the new guidelines because it puts everyone on the same page. Those who did more than others now need to scale back. The other thing was the beneficeraries of the past were always the same doctors.

Who gives a shit about Rx&D guidelines, just worry about getting your paycheck. It used to be PMAC or whatever. The more guidelines the least stupid programs we'll have to do...
