Yes...but this company will break you... life is too short to be part of this game! It's former big pharma people who did not make it running the district, company ect. We just don 't make enough money to sell our souls.

best move i've made. despite what previous poster said people here were successes at their last job in big pharma. they moved here for a better opportunity, less micro managing, more money, and stock.

More money? Less micromanaging? More Stock? Wow... you really need to go easy on the koolaid. I though that this would be a much better place when I made the jump from a larger company a year ago. I was sadly mistaken. Second interview next week with a device co. and I can't wait to move on.

I am looking for an opportunity with a future . I just have had it with the stress here When you are up everyone smiles and loves you, but have a drop for a couple of months, then all of a sudden you are incompetent. This is so draining it affects my personal life. I love my accounts, I thinks we have great products, I have been doing well, but I know the drop is coming. This unrealistic approach to keeping us on edge is not where I want to spend my career.
