A man by the name of Dave Kesler with VHA is wanting the switch.
Whoever calls on this man needs to do some work or we will all suffer the consequences. And fast!

If we are not carefull, these hospitals will start switching one by one.

The loss of VHA will be spilling over from Florida to Georgia. When the smoke blows over we will all realize we took our eyes off the ball. How can this happen?

Dick Kessler, PharmD, heads up the VHA SE region's SCMProgram. All in their own website, and other VHA regions are asking why they can't do the same? A very good question, eh? So what should the answer be?

My PharmD's tell me they are going to FRagmin because of the pharmacoeconomics. If that is the case why not encouarge them to go with Arixtra. Then we can go in and clean up the mess. Cause we know what a CF that will be.

Nothing! It just sucks. Fragmin is a better product. If not for the fups a Pharmacia it would sell more than Lovenox. That's an MBA case study in how to fup a product. Thanks King Hassan, you earned your severence. SP is now suffering from your f'uped policies.
