1081 Diagnostic Sales RepresentativesSUMMARY A growing Diagnostic company with US headquarters in NJ is looking for a sales representative in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. The rep with be responsible for attainment of sales quotas by product promotion, education and comprehensive service to physicians, purchasers and other decision-makers within assigned territory.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Makes and develops contacts with existing and potential customers.• Effectively manages contact time through territory management techniques and sales call reports.• Analyzes existing and anticipated customer requirements and promotes consideration of company products to fill such requirements.• Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans, and product development plans.• Conduct sales presentations.• Maintains up-to-date and accurate sales records.• Maintains technical proficiency and consults with prospective customers regarding the use of Bracco products.• Enhances customer knowledge about Bracco products through the effective use and coordination of speakers, programs, seminars, symposia and other company-sponsored events.• Keeps informed of new products and other information of interest to customers.• Provides marketing intelligence to sales department.• Performs other duties as assigned by manager. CORE COMPETENCIES:Business Planning/Implementation: • Develops territory plans that identify and prioritize most important activities to accomplish short-term and long-term business goals.• Utilizes effective and efficient call and travel planning, targeting and reporting.• Targets potential opportunities through initiating new contacts with effective penetration and profiling of accounts with emphasis on key and preferred.Strategic Selling:• Prepare sales plans to enhance company’s value to the customer.• Effectively applies the selling process steps; organizes and communicates information on Bracco products convincingly; demonstrates the clarity, responsiveness and professionalism necessary to build customer confidence and receptivity; develop rapport with building and maintaining personal relationships with physicians, and others within the customer influence network. • Understand and meet costumers’ unique needs with appropriate resources.Product Knowledge: • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Compnay’s entire product line as well as understanding competitor products to effectively apply product knowledge to deliver the product message• Understands the dynamics of health care industry dynamics, trends, competitors, regulations and the changing environment that the Company operates within.Technology Skills: Using current computer software for planning, forecasting and reviewing sales activities, researching data and supporting sales calls and presentations. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREDFour Year College Degree in health sciences or business, or equivalent work experience.At least three years combined: 1) Field sales experience, 2) Technical experience in a hospital or imaging center, or 3) Marketing or field sales administrative experience in the pharmaceutical industry.MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:• Must be a licensed driver and able to drive a car.• No other certificates, licenses or registrations are required.
