This division of Barr sucks the big one! I had no idea what a shit drug Seasonique is and the micromanagement is stifling to say the least. My DM has a report for a report for gods sake. It's NOT worth it, I'm outta here!!!

Glad to hear I'm not the only one who thinks this company blows bigtime. Micromanagers and shitty products, can't wait to be gone as well. Good luck to you too!!

Barr's biggest strategic blunder was buying DRMD. It has been down hill ever since and their products all ended up sucking. They can't pull themselves out of this DRMD free fall. Look who got out will millions just in time. That should have told us something about how good upper management thought this deal was. Zip.
Only good news is Wyeth is now going to sell Seasonale (Bleed like a bloody pig pill) to rescue their own POS ass as well and we can all laugh at their strategic blunder too. For once, the big boys copied us instead of the other way around. Two totally dumb companies.
Hope you got your BRL stock out of your 401K -- years ago!

The person who said "strategic" and "Barr" in the same
sentence must not be watching very carefully. They
don't have any strategy. This is a company instituted
by lawyers and run by lawyers. "Dewey, Cheatem and Howe"!!

Wyeth is NOT buying Seasonale. Instead of manufacturing a useless OC (Nordette) and turning it into an 84 day regimen which OB/GYN's have been doing anyway for over 30 years (see history of contraception), Wyeth has gone to a new dose for protection against patent infringement from POS companies like generic manufacturer Barr. You clueless fools are poor at marketing (Cenestin, Enjuvia, Seasonale, Seasonique, etc.). Sit back and watch how the Big Boys play.

I noticed that in my terr the Duramed rep is driving a Mecedes SUV. Does this send the wrong message to physicians and patients. The management of Duramed does not have a clue what is going on with the perception pharmaceutical reps and companies have these days. I can just see a patient just get their rx and they know it is going to cost them plenty and then they see a drug rep pull up and get out of a Mercedes SUV. Having a contest perk like this can be motivating but I question how it looks to phys and patients. ME- just give the extra cash in my paycheck..........................

Hey, so how do you think it looks to everybody when you back over their mailbox in your Barr Pacifica???
They must be thinking, "Dude, he must be really pulling down those awesome $400 bonuses to be driving wheels like that!!"
At least the cr@ppy Chryslers project an image befitting this cr@ppy company.
