labcorp'sformula like most of their formulas is pretty week, one month for each year typically. If you were smart enough to negotiate a severance before working for them, then it could be as much as a full year to include commissions and bonuses. The executive severance packages include bonus and salary monies which sets a standard that exists within labcorp, go to the corporate bylaws and or SCC filings by googling and read about labcorp exec severance packages and if you have been termed and given nothing, go to a good attorney and they should be able to get you something

I think you meant to say ONE WEEK for each year (salary only). I had a contract so I got nine months although only been there a short while. One week per year is ALL you get.

on the commissions coment above, it is illegal to withhold commissions- in some states it is considered FRAUD and worth treble damages. we have attorneys running this company so they should know better. how about this for a wall street tag line front page" Unhappy Sales people at LabCorp ban together to stand up for there clients and there stollen commissions? " Watch out shareholders, there is some trouble within.
