i have idiot sanofi counterparts who have no clue what they are doing. they play politics and it interfers with making money.

WE don't have enough counterparts.....really snr. management...we need one or two more. Pretty soon they will have a rep for every doctor and our job will be to sit in the sample closet and ensure that only SA products are dispensed.

honestly i have to agree with the one poster. we dont have enough podmates..i think we would be more successful if we all were put on the ambien cr approach. 13 or so people talking about the same drug to the same 90 doctors in the same territory. if we could just expand our workforce to the point where we have 13 reps talking about each drug everyday in each office i think it would drive market share. SA has its head up its ass if they cant see this and i might leave because of it. hopefully, someone will see the light and fix this situation. the day we have enough podmates to where 5 or so of us are on the same route would be a dream situaion. imagine...you see doc a in the morning and your podmate sees doc a in the afternoon!!! the doctors would love us and we could do breakfast and lunch each day!!!
