Surprise! I'm getting that commission! Got in writing. Had to engage an atty to help, but it's amazing what a ltr from an atty will accomplish. Best of luck to all!

Congratulations! That is very good to hear. May I ask what state you live in? I understand that makes a difference. Not sure why.

doesn't matter what state-they cant steal your earned commissions regardless of the state-

in addition, you should have your attorney research the overtime pay and many suits being bought on regarding working overtime and not being paid for it- there are many from sales people accross the nation and they are winning!

perhaps you want to send a letter for your earned commissions and see about any overtime you worked-late nights, dinners, weekend conferences, etc.

since sales people are salaried, how do we qualify for overtime?????
