The Smoking Frosted Mini-Wheat from tampa was in front of us the other day whining and complaining about numbers.

HHHHEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!

the management idiots in Florida can't even deliver a bid on time to BCBS, they lose Aetna, then this weenie has the nerve to come speak to us about numbers. HA ! He and the Sawed Off Runt, BN, all 5'2" of him really have some nerve.

Like anyone in FL has any confidence in these bozos.

Bottom line. The numbers are a national disaster for the company.
Back in the day (The Days of Professionalism), the people who caused
this disasterous result were fired, BUT instead they are allowed to, what
they call "RIF", in order to cover their decisions and financial blunders.
Good people are sent packing while the mismanagement retains themselves.
Why ? BIG BONUSES. Values and the right thing to do doesn't matter in this comany. It's the almighty dollar in the pockets of those who reside at the top of the pyramid.

Remeber that video that shows us each tube is a life ? That is pure propaganda. That tube represents $$$ for the "Blunderes".
$ vs patient. They'll take the $.

There used to be a company called LabCorp which stood for something.
Instead of NHL we are now NCR. (for you who don't know, NCR stands for National Cash Register)

The only thing you see in these posts from management is worthless at best. Anyone else notice that it kind of resembles their ability to manage. To the management who post on these threads, you don't listen to your employees on here nor do you listen to them on the job.

Extinction??? Now you seem to be the one smoking dope..... This far from perfect world makes money and is not going away any time soon. The good people will leave, and the company will change upper managment as many times as needed to get back on track. Anyone post Tom Mac era is substandard.

A new structure and team will rotate in over the next 24 months. Those that complain about DK are off base; not a good leader, but Tom's mess is just being unraveled for the current team to control...

If 1 guy could screw up everything in their first 6 months on the job he would deserve a lot of credit. Much of the issues LCA has is the truth being exposed from the past team(s)........

This process is good over the long haul.... There is a lot of work to be done.

Whew! Thanks for that. I haven't had that good of a laugh in a long time.

The far from perfect world you speak of had to RIF many good people just to make their numbers this year. LabCorp's idea of making money is buying other labs or laying off people due to their client losses throughout the year.

However, I do agree that the process CAN be good in the long haul with a great amount of work. The problem is that management doesn't care enough to listen to their employees to get it done correctly. Hence, my last post. Hence, extinction.

Hey, compared to my manager's grammatical-error laden missives, that guy's post looks like something from a PhD Grad at Harvard. Then again my supervisor is right about everything, we underlings know nothing, and, oh by the way, he has the power to fire us!~~~~~ Typical LC management.
