What success? You have been out 3 years and have what maybe a 4% market share. Anything less than 10% after one years is a failure in pharma. How much money did you guys lose this year. You do not even have a pipeline anymore. I know I am frightened in my territory your company had 12 twinjects sold to my 800+ epi pens. You are just lucky for what ever reason that Dey has not decided to run you out of business yet. I do not want to demean your reps. I am sure you are out working hard you just have a hard sell. I agree, with over 2,200 Epipens sold in my territory for November and at 131% for the month mind you, Verus would shit bricks and have to quadruple their salesforce. They wouldn't know what to do. I probably sold more in November than all of the Twinjects in 07.

What selling do you really have? I use to work for Dey. Both of these products are preference. The medicine has been around for ages. How many people actually have to use these products .005% of people. Try selling something in a market with 6-8 products in a therapeutic class and with new medicine. Both Dey and Verus aren't selling shit. You demo the the trainers, sit down at a few lunches, drop off marketing lit and go to bed every night hoping for an rx of your product.

If you new anything about what is going on with this situation, and those of many other companies across the country, you'd realize what you said makes you look incredibly stupid. All pharmaceutical companies that deal with CMS are being targeted by state governments as potential gold mines. They charge these companies with pricing fraud and instead of getting tangled up in a protracted lawsuit, the pharmaceutical company settles claiming no wrong doing. It's not just Dey. There are many companies that have had to deal with this. Governments set the prices of how much they will pay. Then they come back and say they were charged too much even though it came from their pricing schedule. So the government claims fraud. You can't win that battle. That's the simplified version, but what it amounts to is easy money for government coffers. And when budgets are tight, look out.
So, next time you open your yap, at least have a clue what you are talking about. Moron.
