Okay, there are people reading this stuff...so reply to the posts, some of us want honest feedback and input from those in the company. What is the lowdown...is this a good place to be, is it a joke, do they have good products, or do they suck? Anyone know any managers in the SW, how are they? Throw me a freakin bone here....
What type of cars do they give?

Damn good place to work. I was one of the original 28 reps. We have expanded several times and several more to come within the next couple of years. We have three products, all of which should be # 1 in there class by the end of the Q1 2008. Not bad! We have a good shot of having two more products approved this year. Very exciting time to be coming on board. I have not worked for any of the SW managers, but my friends tell me that they are great. Doesn't mean Ista is perfect. We are still experiencing some growing pains, but we will get there. Great time to be coming on board. Good time to get your options since the share price is low...as is every other stock on NASDAC. Pay here is good, growth potential is fantastic. Good luck with your interviews.

What is a realistic starting base salary? I have an interview, am in the mid 60's right now.
