I want to be prepared when I meet with my manager for our evaluation and raise meeting. Any idea where I can find realistic national averages for pharma reps with varying years of experience? I am seeking some information from reputable sources (Forbes, etc.) I don't want to see a bunch of reps on here posting unrealistic numbers. I need to have good data so that I can make a valid case as I am pretty sure I am being underpaid. Any ideas?

If you were worth your salt, you'd have given us the numbers already. Like yrs. on the job, performance metrics, and present salary, nimrod.

Since you repeated threads, I'll repeat my answer:

I'm sure you are being under paid. AFter all, most of us only work about 3 hours/day, and that includes catering a lunch and make anywhere from 50 to 60K. Let's see, that comes out to 780 hours/year, only if you don't take any vacation or sick time. At 55K you're making $70/hr. NONE of us are underpaid. Also, take it from a veteran; don't go into your evaluation spoting how underpaid you are. If you do, you will be underemployed. Your company is only going to give you what they give to everyone else. You are not special. I'm not trying to be sarcastic, that's just the way it is.
