I don't see the smoke in mirrors. What I do see is a hospital rep position in a small pharma company with a few other products in the pipeline. If you want out of big pharma hospital sales or some pod, then this looks like a great place. I am forwarding my res to the recruiter and will hope to get in on this one. Has anybody been hired yet to give us the real deal????

Just a word of advise. If you are in big pharma this may not be a good move for you. I have been with several small start-ups over the years and love it. This is my thing. I have also watched many big pharma people come over only to be gone in 6 months when reality smacks them in the face. This is a totally different world of autonomy and independence. YOU are soley responsible for your territory and it can be a lonely and cold place out there. There is nowhere to hide and the pressure can be high.

I'm not trying to scare anyone away but make sure you know what your getting into before you make the move. Many small companies pay no bonus at all if under 90%-to-plan and very little at 90-100%. So just don't look at that big bonus you can get at 100% because many will not hit it. Anyway, good luck to all.
