Okay, so there's a rumor among Novogyne reps that the JDS reps (Therapeutics-corporate wants to call them) got a $2500 bonus in the car package to supplement buying their own car to replace their own fleet car. Anyone here from that camp want to squash or substantiate this rumor?

I heard the same thing, I think it was also viewed as a "retention bonus" so everyone would not run. Well, fair should be fair, however $2500.00 isn't going to get you very far with having to purchase a new car.

Therapeutics just received our $5,000 retention bonus. Had to stay on until 2/1/08.

Yes, there is a built in stipend based on when we turn over the company cars. $2,500 from 2/1-3/31. $2,000 4/1-6/30. It continues to go down by $500 after that.

f-ing!!! bastards! Where is my retention bonus for now be a PCP rep?! Any women's healthcare reps notice that the JDS guys are called "specialty reps" when a hiring announcement is made, while we are just call sales reps?!

that is because the wh division is a bunch of old sample delivery ladies who couldn' t make a real call if they tried--- we got a load of you at the meeting, we were not impressed

hahaha..Let's see how well Therapeutics does in the year to come..it's WH that brings in the $$ right now

WH reps is ALL that has kept Noven alive for the last 9 years. They would have tanked a long time ago without them. Certainly hasn't been because of all the smarts in H/O lately. I'd love to see the Thera reps keep this company afloat - ain't gonna happen.

One of the "old ladies" wants to know when you guys will turn your first profit?? Until then, put up or shut up!
