Forget the RDs. How about the mental pygmies in Marketing???

Marketing? What do they do? Who's this new guy? The RD's have a cake job. M.P. doesn't even work.

I have been blessed in that I don't even know of one---have always been fortunate enough to work for GREAT regional directors.

MP is one of the best RDs in the company. I say this as a woman that is not in his district. Just because someones speaks thier mind does not make them a bad manager. We could probably use more straight shooters.

There is a position for a Central Regional Director posted. Does anyone know if this is still available?

You think MP is a good person? He talks about everyone behind your back. He looks out for only himself. Do you call that a good leader?

MP is a great manager. Too bad people do not want to hear the truth and want everything sugar-coated. Is it because MP is ethical, cares about people, is respectful, and doesn't play games? There are plenty of others that were or are in leadership positions (not RDs)who show no respect, think only of themselves and how they can profit. These are the so-called leaders to get pissed off about; not someone who cares enough to be honest and work with you to make you and/or your performance better.

Bet most can figure who this is from. If so, NO ONE likes you. You are an idiot and a pain in the butt! You way overextended your stay. Ba-bye!

I took a ride with my rm, and this is what happened:

I have to share this cause this is just plain unbelievable.

It was shortly after our luncheon and we had a long drive ahead of us to our next office. about halfway into the drive he asked me if there was a gas station or restaurant we could pull into. We were driving through a very rural area so we had a difficult time finding something after stopping at a few small stores that were not even open. Eventually we got to a small restaurant and he ran in and spent at least 20 minutes inside. When he returned he said that he had checked his voice mail and that he had to go on an important conference call and that we were going to have to end the day early.

So, I wasn't one to complain about going home, but on the way back the car really began to smell horrible. It was very difficult to pretend that I couldnt smell it, and he became really uncomfortable and we were both silent for most of the drive back. It was a very quick goodbye as well, with no recap on the day. I am very weirded out by this. I guess I should just pretend it never happened and hope it never happens again? But boy oh boy did my car wreak.

Aah...okay...thanks for sharing, I guess. Reminds me of the 2010 Celebrity Apprentice while in the Board Room when the female wrestler shared the stench of the male chef's bathroom-time. Trump fired the female wrestler for her speaking of something so disgusting and inappropriate.
