If Celgene is so bad to work for, then seriously why is there such low turnover? Very few people leave Celgene. Why?

golden handcuffs. you have a bunch of so called salespeople who got lucky, made money in the stock market and feel they are entitled to everything. They are actually under the impression that they had something to do with the companies success. The next few weeks should be interesting to see if the management team weeds these people out. The question is....who will weed out the crappy mangement team?
