I worked for Bill Reggio at Watson back in the days of PapSure...I was a rep and he was the Eastern District Manager....clueless with regards to management and his only way to manage was to threaten to fire people if thier sales were what the company was asking of an incredible lame product....anyways after threatening like 1/3 of the sales team in the eastern area, he just left one day for Columbia, bailing out like a coward....another thing, whenever we went to sales meetings, he dressed like a slob....jeans and a flannel...just wondering if anything has changed??/

He hasn't a clue as to what crappy products we have to sell. He thinks WE suck for not being able to sell a loser product line. If he was doing his job, he would be out looking for co-promotional- or new products to keep us afloat. We all have our resumes out there!

He is a liar and can't be trusted. No skills at all. Hopelessly clueless. No management skills - threats are his only management tool. Can't even define our bonus plan. We are all just waiting to get other jobs. He only got his job from Fred......How could the stockholder's not see the truth - we all doooooo.

He can't even log on to his computer.

Bill is not the bad guy he is made out to be. After all, he fought for many of us to receive out commission check after all of the bonus was sent over to INNvx and they held onto the money!

It sounds like Bill has not changed since his Watson days. I too am a former Watson employee and left for a better opportunity w/ a sound company. I can honestly say, selling poor products (PapSure, Maxidone, Androderm, etc.) has made me be able to excel at selling a good product.

Get your resume's out...he is still an A-Hole

I went to Columbia because I respected Bill. He got the shaft in the reorg. Whatever you think, I know him to be a good guy and a good leader.

And no, this isn't Bill...

Remember, this is a small industry, really. You WILL cross paths with people from your past if you stay in long enough...

Bill was a fuckface, I played golf with the douchebag. I hope he remembers who I am. I'm doing a hell of a lot better now and I can only hope that Bill is somehow still associated with that freakin nightmare called striant. F-Fred too...

Bill R is a slimey - greasey faced liar - he was lucky to even work for a day at a company. He'll never make it anywhere.....He got what he deserved - the boot....He and Meg can now lie their way outa the next situation.....

Bill - one piece of advice - learn to turn on a computer for your next job - it might help you not get caught lying - remember computers know if you logged in.....

Origional Poster: The jerkoff is still around at Watson, clinging to Lynne's apron strings. I never knew he was a regional manager; in most companies that would be the stop that would have recognized him as a loser not worthy to keep around. BUT, Lynne keeps a lot of crap that makes bad decisions as she does. Will we ever see $52.00 on the stock so I can make my get away money?

I interviewed with Bill R about 2 years ago in NC and thought he was great. Laid back, easy going. I took my name out of the running because I had to relocate. Is he still around? I would love to contact him and work for him.
