Why don't yall try looking at peoples MYSPACE's or FACEBOOK's before hiring them..... I am so sick of being passed over for tacky/trashy people that do nothing but party and drink and post it all over their page

And they continue to post after they are hired. How can they be posting all day long, when they are working? Seriously managers look at MY SPACE and FACEBOOK for all of your current employees on a regular basis. Believe me our Lilly counterparts are looking at some of our reps MY SPACE pages and it does not look good.

Are you kidding - if they find out something then they have to go through the interview process to hire new replacements. They do not like to do that.
