I am halfway through the process of interviewing and I wanted to know about the offers that reps have accepted.

Is the highestest base 60K? What is the training like for the position? Home study? Home office training?

Is the benefit package decent? coming over from big pharma and willing to take a paycut to get back to selling.

I would be interested to hear what they are offering. I believe it can be as high as 65, but don't know for sure. Please let us know what they offered.

I thought they just had a wave of cutbacks on their tradeshow team. Ask about that.

Not sure why you would worry about tradeshow cutbacks....they are in the process of hiring 20-30 new reps nationwide.

You try working the big shows with only regional support.

You can't be serious...that's your concern, really? P&G is going direct and Sullivan Schein is switching all their business to Colgate and you're worried about working a show?

whaaaa...poor baby.

It's like Christmas in July, you're making money hand over fist right now. Colgate has had a constant stream of new products in the pipeline making things even easier and you're worried about working a show....wow!
