If you are willing to work 70 hrs plus a week starting out it is a good gig. However there are many variables such as what condition is the territory in? Are Philips and Siemens strong in that area? Toshiba has a great CT for less money. You will have a huge quota to meet and will be expected to hit it within a year. Remember this, if you are successful at GE in a Radiology Account Manager role you can write your ticket to go do anything in high end capital equipment.

Thanks for your insight. I am comming from 10 years in pharma and just cut my teeth on a small device co. I have no proble putting in the hours as long as the $ is there (150-200). Is that realistic? Its x-ray and its typically less expensive sales than a CT, right?

I don't think there is an x ray sales position per se. They have a Radiology Acct Mgr position that carries CT, MRI, and Xray gear. Are you interviewing for C-arm sales into the OR?
