I'm in the process, looking strong at this opportunity. How is comp structured? How much do these units cost? Are you paid on profit above a bottom percent above wholesale? What about leasing and service? I'm a little concerned about what happens after the "compressed" salary period and how long it may take to get the territory rolling. Thanks in advance
