Octagam may be in short supply due to PI statement...............Because this product is made from human blood, it may carry a risk of transmitting infectious agents, e.g., viruses and theoretically, the Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) agent.

you Octafarmers are gaining a well deserved pathetic reputation in the US. Poor leadership, aggressive management, poor pay, bad FFF relationship , especially with their Advocacy rep. Don't you people see how awful you ae being perceived.

I have to call you on a couple of those points, you have the wrong information:
1) Our leadership is RICH, RICH, RICH, not poor! They can afford to move a skeletal staff from a practically empty (and still unrented) VA space to a PHAT Hoboken location that has nobody in it -- all because the GM's wife wanted to live in Manhattan. You can't call that poor, that's throwing money at it!

2) I wouldn't call our management aggressive, more like pathetically insecure. Fire anyone that is smarter than you, fire anyone that questions the logic behind a business decision. And then when FN goes to Europe for six weeks like he does every summer, fire everyone you don't like because there is no one around to stop you.

3) The underpaid part doesn't apply to all employees. Some are overpaid if you consider their skillset and work ethic. Only the hardworking, competent ones are underpaid.

Hope this sets the record straight! We wouldn't want any unfair rumors out there, so now you have the facts

You really need to worry about Talecris! TONS of debt, no plasma, paying the high ups rediculous money and selling Prolastin! Now you are going to launch a new indication with no product and then add sales people!

You must be from ASD. The reason we don't use ASD more is becuase 1) your markup is outrageous and 2) you don't "partner" with our sales force. FFF works with the reps to put product in accounts they already have, they use our sales team for education. They don't use our sales people to try to steal accounts from other companies, or to win you back accounts that have gone direct because of your pricing. You are always several dollars more than your competitors, its really hard to get customers to stick with you. Besides, the FFF staff doesn't act like we are contagious, they put professionalism first. Of course we work with FFF more, they want our product but they'll also work with us to get it!

I don't like Judi at all personally and I think she would sell her mother to get ahead. However, she knows her business very well and is a great speaker.

I was part of the sales force back in the day, and just wonder who is left? I have heard that Alex and Tanya are still there, but who is the sales force now? Are they back-filling the people that are getting fired or is this part of Flemming plan to eliminate the sales team completely? Just curious.

Alex and Tanya are both very good at licking Flemming's shoes. He can control them so they can stay. It really is that simple.

Bringing Pat back would be the best thing they could do for the sales team. However, I know he would rather die than come back to Octa. He is very happy in his current position.
