I am saying that when a signed contract is in place, it is wrong to over-charge an account for months. I'm pretty sure that is illegal. I am also saying that it is wrong to manipulate numbers for Wall Street. I am also saying that the company lies when it says that there is no way to tell how much product is shipped, vs. corresponding sales. Clear enough?

wait and see. the word is out that some reps have very high base salaries while others who actually produce barely get by with thier salary. throw in the fact that the comp plan is disgusting and when you are over plan you can owe significant money. please do not use the phrase "you were overpaid" either. reps are looking and the time is coming.

well it is about that time when we lose a ton of reps. this place is like a bad college football program that is always rebuilding. they never give it enough time, instead changing the direction and goals and plans every year instead of building continuity.

they dont try to keep anybody if they did we wouldnt have lost all that talent. they let you go right out the door... and if they did try and keep you they would probably only offer you something insulting that wouldnt be enough to keep you around anyway. too many gaps in pay here. bases from 50k to 90k or higher. reps are not happy. recipe for turnover.

The best part about this is the reputation that this company has earned over the last couple of years. Industry-wide, this place is known as a "transition" company. In other words, one only takes a job at Haemo if they are in dire need of a job, until they find the position that they really wants with another company. The only thing that makes me worried is that my recruiter said there is a lot of new business going on right now in the medical center. If that is so, why would the current rep leave? I always want to know why the territories are open and it looks like a red flag to me.

The minute a job offer is presented to me I am gone. They give some reps a bump in base and bonus while others with good numbers get nothing. Braintree is in a good spot because they have too many new reps that do not know any better and just a handful of veterans.

Last poster I dont agree that they need a better sales team but I do agree the top reps are soon to be on the move. It really doesnt matter though because I am starting to believe Corporate wants us to leave. New reps do not know enough about how it works around here so they cant complain until they come off gurantee and get thier first taste of the comp plan and they owe money! With all the turnover we are still getting the same results so whats the difference.

It is not a rumor, it is true. We are going to have to make up for the inflated quota that we did not hit this year. Have you ever seen a comp plan that actually was attainable as well as beneficial to the sales force? Get used to the fact that only a handful of reps will make a bonus again this year. I'm so lucky I work for such a stand-up company that has my best interest at heart and cares about me....NOT! The only thing this company cares about is making the stock price go up so big corporate can keep getting richer while we run around like idiots putting out fires...literally! Have you ever wondered why we have no help? Ever? Corporate does not care about this sales force. This is why there is such a high turnover rate. Does anyone know how many reps have left over the last three years? I am sure there is probably close to 80%! But...at least the benefits are good!

They are all good points. This place is like a run away freight train. Everyone knows its going to crash badly, we just don't know when! So enjoy the ride, it's going to be bumpy and out of control!

Company average is 12%. But if you didn't make quota this year then you will start in the hole to begin new quota. Keep in mind, this number is not totally set. We will have to see what happens.

I'm just gonna to do what's sensible, I'm gonna file for unemployment. Then I'm gonna try to get a job at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, because they have an excellent corporate structure and they give you the tools to be your own boss.

I doubt anything will happen because Patient Sales have never made plan since taking OPAT direct. BTW that is 5 straight years of missing plan and nothing has happend before so I doubt they will do anything now. Afterall the stock is strong and margins are huge, everybody is making money except the reps.
