It is not a rumor, it is true. We are going to have to make up for the inflated quota that we did not hit this year. Have you ever seen a comp plan that actually was attainable as well as beneficial to the sales force? Get used to the fact that only a handful of reps will make a bonus again this year. I'm so lucky I work for such a stand-up company that has my best interest at heart and cares about me....NOT! The only thing this company cares about is making the stock price go up so big corporate can keep getting richer while we run around like idiots putting out fires...literally! Have you ever wondered why we have no help? Ever? Corporate does not care about this sales force. This is why there is such a high turnover rate. Does anyone know how many reps have left over the last three years? I am sure there is probably close to 80%! But...at least the benefits are good!

I was confused when you came to talk to me about Othopat at 10:00 AM and then at 11:30 I went through the McDonald's drive thru and you were working. Thanks for the free iced tea. I'm just gonna to do what's sensible, I'm gonna file for unemployment. Then I'm gonna try to get a job at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, because they have an excellent corporate structure and they give you the tools to be your own boss.

I doubt anything will happen because Patient Sales have never made plan since taking OPAT direct. BTW that is 5 straight years of missing plan and nothing has happend before so I doubt they will do anything now. Afterall the stock is strong and margins are huge, everybody is making money except the reps.

I am hearing that management is looking at CP and is going to require us to show them our tax returns. If that is so they will see my other two employers. You are the best manager ever! I love your motivational posts. If it wasn't for these I would have to quit too because our commission checks are horrible. But at least you are there, at the top, forgetting that if it was not for us in the trenches you wouldn't have a job.
