Hospital- Non-compete

Did we sign a non-compete agreement? Can't recall but am interested in another opportunity. If so, which companies? Please list. Thanx.

If you signed and got your check you, you are locked in. The few that did not sign may have been smarter than the rest of us. Those few thousand bucks after are taxes are not looking so good right now.

Most non competes can not be enforced. My spouse is an attorney. I haven't been here long enough to start looking but it frightens me to hear how many are ready to jump ship. It seems nobody has faith in the mgmt. I have a friend who said their mgr came over from the skelaxin side. Said he is clueless and only flies in to eat and then leaves. Sad thing is that most are afraid to have him meet their customers. How do guys like that get in these positions? Does his Regional Mgr not know what his team thinks about him? Pretty scary!!! Off to an appointment.
