Lilly screws it's employees again. It does depend on what business unit you are in. Alpha is planning a trip as we speak. Talked to an apha friend up in Seattle & he definitely agrees his Gamma partner got screwed! They didn't get a launch meeting for Cymbalta, Lilly's supposed blockbuster drug, while we got an amazing Cialis launch and was planned to have a Yentreve launch meeting. Someone needs to get their wife off of Cafepharma. The trip is a business trip.. Get it Business..Yes it is fun and most of the trip is not focused on Work but when you are on an Island with a bunch of executives that could either rocket or stimey your career the last thig anyone wants to hear is screaming kids. It is very simple. if you don't want to go- don't go. If you do go LIlly will pay for your childcare so you can leave your kids at home.
