Can anyone tell me about this competitor of yours in the monitoring business?

They were recently purchased by Mindray and have a horrible reputation. They can't compete in hospital deals so you basically have to go chase doen Surgery Center opportunities etc... The best products out right now are Nihon Kohden and they are making a very strong impact right now. My hospital uses GE and I wanted to get on here to post a review. They have hoooorible service and their products are crap. Our Nihon Kohden rep is about to get our business and he deservess every penny of it!
