Any Novogyne employees want to speculate on what this conference call Thurs is all about?

Well, that conference call was a complete waste of time,
Why couldn't any of that info been sent in an email and have been just as informative and not to mention less costly.
And why all the secrecy leading up to it?

At first, that was exactly what I was thinking...big waste of time and money, not to mention the secrecy thing, then it dawned on me that that couldn't be what it was really all about. I feel like that was probably what they wanted to convey to the field but that there was much more that went into the meeting with the managers. There has to be a better explanation as to why they would waste such a colossal amount of money, time, and energy across the nation just to express to us what they did. You know there is something bigger going on!

We had the call because when the new VP of Sales (formerly of Novartis) asked the National Sales director how frequently she speaks with the field force instinct told her that '0' was not the right answer. Then, with her cat-like reflexes, she assembled her no-nonsense team of super managers and they pulled this off. Scratch that off the list of her employee development plan. Brilliant, as usual.

wow, that's good stuff. so, any predictions on the territory realignment? what managers/where?

they screwed up last year when they realigned the regions, so instead of sying so they are going to move people around again, some people will have had 3 different managers in a little over a year. These are peoples lives they are impacting and they act like its no big deal. Raw deal for the reps!!!
