Can you still get Branded Adderall 20mg? Or is the switch now to Vyvanse or Adderall XR? This is being used for Narcolepsy. I requested the branded since I am a drug rep for another company.

no, you can no longer get branded Adderall. They only have the generic available now. Vyvanse would be a better way to go because its going to last longer. I have a neurologist that uses Vyvanse for Narcolepsy, although you should know that neither Vyvanse nor Adderall XR is clinically approved for Narcolepsy. The only one with that indication was Adderall but many doctors still use stimulants for it anyway.
