There was definately a sense of "them vs us" with regards to the contractors, the one thing that blew my mind was how all of my fellow FTEs at the time felt that contractors would do anything you asked of them and would work harder because they were contractors and could be let go at any time, I always laughed at that.

Our non-Indian contractors do a great job. The HCL's and Cogz toadstools are worthless and should all be gotten rid of. You can get 1 productive human for the cost of 6 useless Cogs.
