Who to contact about new products?

A friend of mine has invented and patented a few really nice devices to be used in various types of surgery. Who is the person I should contact to discuss these and possibly set up a demonstration? They're all available for licensing or purchase. TIA.

you need to contact arthrex. depuy mitek has not come out with a new product in 27 years. it sucks selling these old washed up products

Any additional information about who to contact and their contact info will be appreciated. I've done the phone call run-around with receptionists and people who like to pretend they're higher up than they are in the organization, then I get nowhere. It's their loss; eventually I'll find someone legitimate who we'll work with, and they will have some winning new products. Thank you.
