I don't think Imclone Reps or office have higher salaries then Big Pharma, I came from Big Pharma and didn't get more then 6% to come here. I would have made that in a raise and completing some career programs where I was. The real money at Imclone was made in bonuses in the past. Any rep in Big Pharma who worked their way through primary care to speciallty makes as much as us.

There are some decent people in the ImClone sales force, the sad thing is that most of them will probably go while the morons at headquarters will probably stay on. De Pinto is the worst of them, he leads a pack of people who have no clue what they are doing but they talk loud and get angry making people afraid that they just might know something. THEY DON'T. I pray Lilly fires all of them.
