Medical Sales Account Executive Position?

I am coming in from Pharma and am interested in applying for one of these positions in the Midwest-can anyone give me any insight into this type of job and what it entails?

Medical sales requires knowledge of client at all levels, most importantly the decision makers. Also finding creative and effective ways to communicate with providers - even with out being given the time a lunch might. Most importantly to build that relationship and FOLLOW UP.
