How could you not be concerned? Teva has the best track record of getting drugs to go generic before the their time. They have done it to the big companies who have a much better legal teams and a bigger financial pockets. This could be it kiddies

You obviously you don't understand the law. There can be no movement for 30 months, no matter who is doing it.

And typically a title 4 challenge, is to be the first in line when the law permits a generic.
Please do some follow-up on your own, you are completely overreacting to something you do not fully understand.
