Any news on the integration of VS into GE? I hear they now have a dedicated sales team selling legacy vital Signs anesthesia supplies and GE legacy anesthesia supplies and anesthesia delivery capital equipment. Is this true?

Here's how GE integrates new acquisitions into the GEHC team.

1. Can the folks that came from the acquisition company, usually within a year or two. A few quislings who sell out to the GE gods can stick around.

2. Run the business into the ground by alienating all your previous customers.
