They are?? That is perfectly stupid. I guess the best answer is dms are robots and they need to fill an open spot so they hire. It doesn't matter if that rep gets screwed over in 2 months. Anyone who takes a position with either is a damn fool though.

Good question-I was at recent job fair and Pfizer was there-they said that there will be no job openings for the next 12-18 months-so why are they wasting their and the candidates' time being present at job fairs??????//
