are you asking for DocProfiler changes?
EndoNet has a link to all of the State license boards to verify
if you do not know what State license board to look at try docfinder.org

Thanks. Profiler is fine if you have some info to work with other than the name. I am writing this at about 6:50 AM - for the weeinie who wrote the first reply.

if you cannot find them and their license is inactive for your state, you can flag them for delete in TRex and use the reason "no longer practicing" or "SLN revoked/suspended" or whatever...your DM will have to approve the delete. this will remove them from your TRex. depending on the delete reason, it can also remove them from your future goals/IC. if they have just relocated and you cannot find them, you are stuck with them until you can find a new address to transfer them to.

Serious answer. This site has served me well for both finding specifically where folks came from and address for where they went.

You can put any MD's name in and it will usually show you every address with phone numbers that they might have had for the past 5 years or so. It is usually free. They want to sell you the malpractice information etc.
